Two New L20X-LFV Machines for Apel

Apel has continued to invest in its manufacturing capabilities with the purchase of two Citizen Cincom L20X-LFV sliding head CNC machines. The first machine was installed in September 2022, followed by a second in January 2024.

The L20X-LFV machines are designed to produce high-precision components quickly and efficiently. Their advanced LFV (Low Frequency Vibration) technology improves chip control, helping to achieve better surface finishes, longer tool life, and more reliable production.

Adding a second L20X-LFV has increased Apel's machining capacity, allowing the company to take on more work, reduce lead times, and continue delivering high-quality precision-machined components to its customers.
