Apel has continued its investment in advanced manufacturing by purchasing a new Miyano BNE-51MSY CNC Fixed Head Lathe from Citizen Machinery.

The new machine has been added to help increase production capacity, improve efficiency, and expand the range of precision components that Apel can manufacture for its customers.

The Miyano BNE-51MSY is designed for producing high-precision turned parts and is capable of completing multiple machining operations in a single setup. This helps reduce production times, improve accuracy, and deliver consistent quality across both small and large production runs.

With twin spindles, twin turrets, and Y-axis machining, the machine can produce complex components more efficiently than conventional CNC lathes. Its rigid construction and advanced CNC control also provide excellent reliability and repeatability, helping Apel maintain the high standards its customers expect.

This latest investment reflects Apel's ongoing commitment to modern manufacturing and continuous improvement. By expanding its machining capabilities, the company is better positioned to support existing customers, take on new projects, and meet increasing demand across a wide range of engineering industries.

The arrival of the Miyano BNE-51MSY is another step forward in Apel's strategy to invest in the latest manufacturing technology, ensuring customers continue to receive high-quality precision machined components with competitive lead times and dependable service.
