Citizen Machinery

Citizen A20 V11

The A20 has been designed for part diameters up to Ø 20 mm and part lengths up to 165 mm in medium to high batch sizes. It boasts a high stability, rigidity & high accuracy, as well as the short machining times are further outstanding features of this machine.

Citizen L20

The rotary tools on the gang tool post feature B-axis control, allowing drilling and milling of angle features, and contouring with simultaneous 4-axis control. The swivel angle of 135°, from 90° to -45° enables the B-axis to be used for both front and back machining. The back working tool post utilises Y-axis control for up to 8 fixed or rotary end-face or cross working tool holders for increased overlapped machining capability.

The BNE series aims to set the new standard for machines for cutting bar stock, based on the concept of “space savings and sophisticated functions”. The BNE51MSY achieves further shortening of cycle times by adding a compact sub-turret to provide superimposition machining and other forms of simultaneous machining. The BNE series offers high performance in compact space, round-the-clock stability and accuracy; and ease of use for fast set-ups and quick changeovers.

Keyence Im Series

Capable of high-definition imaging, the IM-8000 Series Image Dimension Measurement System has triple the detection performance of conventional systems without sacrificing its simple operation; just place the part on the stage and press one button. Mitutoyo Crysta-Plus

The Crysta-Plus M has been developed by Mitutoyo in its quest to offer the market low-cost, easy-to-use coordinate measuring machines with no compromise in accuracy. The moving bridge design allows unobstructed access to the measuring table for quick, easy handling of workpieces. All models are equipped with one-touch air clamps for simple axis clamping.

Bowers Air 2 Series

Air gauging on the shop floor is a simple yet robust method of measurement that offers a myriad of measurement capability but with the smallest of footprint in a busy crowded factory floor. The Bowers Air 1 (Single Channel) and Air 2 (Twin Channel) system boasts a user-friendly modern design and a touch screen for ease of use and readability.
